HAIR EXTENSION HELP!!!?

i just bought 2 days ago 10in real hair extensions and in one of the long middle pieces the clip like broke, not like off it just wont snap or unsnap...the piece that snaps came half off like the rubber part unattached to the clip and i don't know how to put it back on please help me! I don't know how it broke because it wasn't like that when i got it, i just noticed it now! i'm so upset!!! PLEASE HELP ME
