How to get over loveing someone?

Hi, I'm a guy and I really really really like this girl, if not love. She liked me around a month ago but I guess that changed for her and she became unattached easily, but I have stayed attatched ever since. We haven't gone out or anything, and we're just bestfriends, so its hard to get over her when we're talking every single day. She knows i like her a lot, I don't think she knows just how much I like her though, I don't want to say because it will just be so akward. She talks to a bunch of other guys and idk i always just feel jealous I guess, and I feel like she's slowly fallling away from me and it's horrible to think about her and it's so painful i can't even sleep at night sometimes knowing i can't have her. Is there anything i can do to get over liking her so much? Please help me, I'm a 17 year old guy and haven't cried since I was like 10 until I met her.
