Paddles BACK in Schools, opinions?

Some students are way out of control. Alternative schools don't seem to be the answer. I think we need classes for parents on healthy ways to discipline and communicate with their children. It has been my observation that the students that misbehave in school are the ones that are not getting any healthy attention at home.
