World of Warcraft account help?

Okay so I attatched my wow account to battle.net and was playing and then stopped playing for a couple of months and when i tried to log back on somehow it had gotten unattached. idk how to fix it. ive tried contacting blizzard support but theyre not much help. and they dont have a phone help service so i can ask them this for some reason whenever i ask this question they send me a response that has nothing to do with the question. So my question is..can i recover my account with the game code that came with the games?
