What is a good kayak to buy?

I want a good kayak Im around 5'6"-5'7" I was thinking of getting a spit fire emotion, sea eagle 330, a future beach fusion 10, or maybe a Perception swiftly kayak. I am planing only to use it for paddling and fishing from time to time. The highest class of water I'm going to use it for is 1-2. so if you guys have any other suggestions feel free. Btw this isn't the first time I'm riding a kayak this is just the first time I'm going to buy one:)
