Suggestions/advice for grad student moving away from hometown region for job?

I am finishing up my masters in social work and I am looking at some jobs in areas that are not in the area where I am from and currently. They are on average about 4 hours away from home. I am not too worried about leaving, but I am novice to the moving away to a new place and starting life in a new place. I am 26 and will be making a nice living, so I know it won't have major financial issues and since I'm unattached (no gf, no wife, no kids), this process will probably be easier.
