Yes, definitely! Rabbits are very inquisitive creatures and despite what people say, its more to do with exercising the brain rather than the feet. Different breeds have different activity levels, I have a rabbit that is completely happy laying in the grass, she never hops anywhere if she can help it! That should be ample space for them, you can also put out a litter tray for them to widdle and poo in, they learn to use it just like a kitten would and its much cleaner :)
