Is forty -- nine years of being single an insult ?

I'm forty -- nine years old, and I've never been married . I feel insulted and offended that not one of the women I've known has wanted me to be her husband . Am I wrong for feeling this way ? If I shouldn't feel this way, why not ? Why is it wrong ? What’s wrong with these women ? I don't have what it takes to be single . The single life is a big fat zero ! If Jimmy Jerk and Andy the Abuser won't let themselves be unattached, why should I ? I hate being single . Thank you in advance for your answers .
