Harley style bikes? bikes as in paddle bikes?

ive been looking into this for a while, i remembered a friend of mine had one of those, but im not in contact with him anymore. they are like normal bikes looks but in harley style, i was woundering if anyone knows where i can get one of those, or what they are called? thanks
