Cut penis. Anyone wanna help a little?

I had anal sex for the first time and I kinda just rammed my penis in without lube. And there was a great deal of friction on the way in. I think my girlfriend was hurt but she never said anything. Any ways the skin on the bottom of my penis came unattached to the head. And it was bleeding rather fast. I wrapped it in paper towel and I think the bleeding slow down a little. But it's still painful. Any idea what kind of medicine I'm supposed to apply to it?
